About the Course:

In this delightful cooking class in Northampton, you’ll learn how to embrace healthier, kinder, and more sustainable food options by exploring a range of vegetable dishes. From roasted aubergine to smashed cucumber, you’ll master the art of preparing vegetables in innovative and tasty ways.

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to incorporate delightful plant-based ingredients like maple syrup, pumpkin seeds, and lentils into your dishes, enhancing both the taste and nutritional value.

Please note: This workshop is suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced home cooks. All ingredients and equipment will be provided.

Your teacher will be on-hand throughout the session to give you and your guests all the tips, advice and help you need to make a meal you can be really proud of.

Whether you’re a handful of friends or an ever-growing company welcoming some new faces, you’ll love learning something new together.

We offer this course as a Master class workshops, Half Day &  supper clubs.

We  take group bookings of 2/4/6 or if you wish to take an individual class please let us know.

Course times  

Morning:10.00am – 1.00pm ( Fri & Sat & Sun)

Afternoon 3- 6pm or later evening  6- 9 pm

Please note: This cooking lesson can be easily be adapted to suit vegans and/or vegetarians.
