Bringing you a table full of joy to explore some specialty of Asian flavours making steam dumpling/Momo’s with exotic dipping sauces. A fun way to spend a Friday evening cooking these amazing combinations with confidence to seamlessly balance the delicate flavours and turn them into astonishingly beautiful dishes. This is a great course for both beginners and more experienced home cooks who are looking to expand their repertoire. This class can be adapted to suit vegetarians and vegans.
Momo’s are a steamed small bag or dumplings which has originates from China and India
The course includes:
- Dine on your creations with your fellow chefs and a glass of winfe
- All ingredients and equipment’s are provided.
- A recipe pack to take home with you
- 3 Asian dipping sauce, sweet spicy
- Veg Momo’s recipe made with flour and has a stuffing of paneer, veggies or meat
- Making 3 different fillings and shapes to make steamed dumplings.
- Vegetarian option available
