In a casserole dish add heat the olive oil
Peel the casing off the Chroizo and dice them into cubes and add them to the pan until it starts releasing the spicy oil
Now add the Chicken thighs skin down into this and cook over medium heat and brown them on both ends and remove them and keep aside. 2-3 min
delglaze them with some wine or sherry
Add remaining oil to the pan and when hot enough add the onions and saute it,add the spices and herbs to it.
Now add the removed chicken and chorizo back into the pan, add the stock, chickpeas and tomatoes and cook further for about 10 min, till th tomatoes are cooked and the liquid is reduced.
season it with salt and pepper
sprinkle with chili flaes and herbs and serve it with steamed rice or couscous.
